ABOUT US
Samir Abla Pastry is an authentic Lebanese pastry shop established by Samir Abla in 1989. Marwan Abou Mrad and Hani Elmorr purchased the business in 1992 and have owned and operated it since.
Samir Abla Pastry is one of the original Lebanese sweets shops established in Sydney and it is well known for its fresh Knefeh and famous Znood El Sit which are made daily.

Znood El Sit
Served All Day, Every Day
Znood El Sit also commonly known as Lady's Arms, is a traditional Lebanese pastry. The golden pastry is filled with the traditional kashta cream and is dosed in syrup.
Knefeh
The Perfect Choice
The Knefeh is a must have when you visit Samir Abla Pastry. You can choose from the Kashta Knefeh or alternatively the Cheese Knefeh which is only available on Sundays.
